While not a hoax exactly, the variations on the Save NPR Petition have
been circulating on the Internet for several years now. If you really
want your voice heard, the best way to do it is with a concise, personal
card or letter to your congressional delegation. Mass mailings of this
sort won't get the kind of attention you feel an issue deserves.
