My issues is the idea of artists attempting to reform inner city areas
into playground environments for children.

I know of Kwanza in Columbus, Ohio but I am looking for other artists
who have done this. Can anyone help me or point me in the right
direction?

I have heard that Keith Haring has done something like this.
