Your question reminded me of a lesson I've had on the back burner for a
few weeks but haven't really gotten down on paper yet. I would approach
your issue from the perspective of power. Who has power? Why do they
have it? Who is affected and how are they affected (positive or
negatively). How do you get power if you don't have it? Since I'm not
sure what kind of work your doing I'm not sure what else to tell you.
