Wow,....Ginny He has to be crazy. I do not believe that we elementary art
teachers should be a type of person who labels a child A B C D F. My
husband got an F in music in elementary school because he "could not sing".
He is now an opera singer professionally and teaches vocal singing at a
university. I surely am glad he was not blighted by the music teacher. At
my school I have fought for a participation grade. Personaly, I thaink the
grades matter only to the parents. For ex mple, "My child is an artistic
genius because he/she gat an A in art". Ugh Kathy Black
