Re: OK -- What is not Art?

After reading and deleating many of the messages about this question, I
had to respond.

Art is in everything we do, it is all around us. Art is a matter of
perception, which is dependent on the individual.

The important thing to remember or atleast give some though to is this:

There is good art and bad art. This is a broad statement, but people seem
to forget it. Just because you and a thousand other people hate a piece
that was created, it does not mean that it is not art. We as a society
tend to focus on the good art, but there are other forms of expression out
there that are just as valid as being labeled art.
