Need Mexican lesson idea

Hi all,
I need some help. Each year our fine arts dept. has a district wide
cultural theme, culminating in a grand, school wide "cuture day
festival." This year our theme is Spanish Speaking Countries. Each
specialist has a station and the kids rotate about every 20 minutes to a
new station. The music teacher may teach them a little song or how to
play a Mexican instrument, etc. The Phys Ed teacher may teach them a
game or let them play with a certain type of sports equipment typical to
that region. Does anyone have any ideas for quick easy little art lesson
that could be finished in 15 minutes or so? It needs to fit the Spanish
speaking theme. Or even an art related game? We try to keep the
sessions fun and hands-on rather than lecture oriented. (We do the
latter all year long to build up to this point!) I'd really appreciate
and ideas you may have! I live in a kind of rural, "uncultured" area
although we do have a fairly large Mexican migrant population.
