Bluestruth,

I don't know my way around LA at all, but I did visit the Getty Museum last
year when I participated in the Getty sponsored Wave Your Banner program
(which, by the way, was an unforgettable experience, but that's another
story.) The architecture of the museum was spectacular itself. Beautiful
stone, breathtaking views with every corner, fountains, gardens, a cafe, even
a family room for families and kids to take a break. There's a trolley which
brings you from the parking area to the "plaza." Nice entrance. Inside
there's a superb collection of art. If I ever make it back to LA I would
make sure I scheduled at least a day at the museum, and I would bring my kids
(ages 3&7.) Don't miss it!!
