Hi Cristina,

I was just reading Robert Ennis writings about critical thinking--he
advocates teaching critical thinking principles in elementary school. He
describes 4 main principles of critical thinking. He also lists many
strategies for teaching critical thinking. Sharon Bailin (she's written
many articles) sees creative thinking and critical thinking as connected,
each as part of the other. If you have not already read these two authors
you find them helpful in your strategic planning committee for your school
system dealing with curriculum. Richard Paul is another who writes in this
area.
