I have been trying to do some paper marbling. I had some nice results with using tempera paints and marbles in a box for the very young children I work with. I did not, hgowever, have ANY success with oil based paints... Does anyone know what types of paints work best when using the pan/ water or starch/ and paper methods??? I am doing the projects for stationary and personal books that the children have created... if there are any motivations you might have found that work particularly well I would love the info!!!

Thanks in advance
