Chien-hua,

I am struggling with this same question right now. I am working on a river
and wish to integrate some form of artwork along the stream that both calls
attention to important sites AND does not interfere with ecological
function. I find the field of corn interesting, but I don't wish to create
an analogous "River of Fish" to call attention to the places of importance
on the river. Do you see my problem?

We have been thinking about some kind of video connection to sites on the
river. Would appreciate your thoughts on how to connect the real (and I
add, very much endangered) place.
