But this afternoon as I read the Sunday New York Times, there she was!
Right on the front page was a story about Nancy Davidson, a sculptor, who
was one of ten woman artists who recieved the $25,000 "ANONYMOUS WAS A
WOMAN" award this year. I believe the Nancy Davidson who won the award is
the same Nancy Davidson who contributed to ArtsEdNet last year, and sent me
the information I'm seeking but have lost. It says in the story that Nancy
has always taught, and was recently promoted to assistant professor at
State University College at Purchase, New York.
Nancy, if you're still on the list, Congratulations!!! Please reply to me
personally.
If anyone has her email address, I sure would appreciate having it!
If anyone has any knowledge about Tona or Tono rituals in Mexico, please
let me know!
Thanks,
Mark
