Hi to all from UofA,

I have been reading about Arcosanti, by Paolo Soleri, in the Ecological Art
Perpectives and Issues section of the site, and find it fascinating. It's
encouraging to me that a place like Arcosanti exists. What is disturbing to
me, is that while I have lived in Tucson, which is less than 2 hrs from
Arcosanti, for the last 18 years, I have never heard of it until a few days
ago! I'm wondering if anyone knows of any other communities of this nature,
in the U.S. or around the world, that I can look into. Also, has anyone used
Arcosanti, or a similar place, as a subject for elementary kids? If so, I
would love to hear about it.

If anyone is interested, there is a site on Arconsanti.
The address is
