Thanks for the lesson plan format. It is always interesting to see what
other people do - when I was in school, we never really discussed
different lesson plans. (I do remember something about 90% of the
students will... obviously I didn't embrace it...).
Would you be willing to share one that is complete?

Kentucky's state assessment includes the arts and humanities, so I also
have a section for Kentucky's Core Content and the Academic
Expectations. (Documentation)
I also include a space for a writing exercise and an open response
question (again state assessment driven).
