It is the October 28, 1996 issue. The information is actually a "special
advertising section" entitled "Educating for the Workplace through the Arts" and
can be found between pages 94 and 129... I share this because I kept searching
the table of contents for something on the arts and thought I had the wrong
issue when I couldn't find anything listed there! (The 10/28 issue has been on
the newsstands since the 18th.)
