Part of my job as mentor for the district is to provide teachers
with background info on the various art works and artists in the school's
I usually have no problem, however: three names have come up fo
which I can find no info - yes, even on the Web as far as I can check.
1. George de la Tour "St. Joseph the Carpenter"
2. Philip Evergood "The Sunny Side of the Street"
(Black American Artist - 20th century?)
3. Charles DeMuth "I saw the Figure Five in Gold"
(I've got some background info on this one.)
