New look on ArtsEdNet

I'd like to let you know about recent changes we've made to the
ArtsEdNet web site.

* We recently gave ArtsEdNet a completely new graphical look: new
home page, new background color, new page headers.

* We also reorganized the sections a bit and gave some of them new
names.

* We added a full text search function to complement the various
browsing functions you can use.

These changes were made based on input we received from visitors to
ArtsEdNet and should make the site easier to use, more flexible and
much quicker to download. Please check out these new features and
let us know what you think.
