Sue,
I use Focus on Photography by Hermon Joyner and Kathleen Monaghan.
I only bought enough for one classroom and since the students can't all be in the darkroom at once they do their reading assignments
in the classroom. There are supplemental workbooks and a teacher's edition as well.
