I cut and paste into a word document and save on my computer in
appropriate folders. I love Maggie's idea but our district wipes out
our inboxes every summer.

I set up folders within my Inbox labeled things like Art History,
Painting, etc. Whenever I wanted to save a post, I simply dragged it to
folder. Easy! If the subject line didn't truly reflect the topic, I
forward the post back to myself with a more descriptive subject line.
