RE: [teacherartexchange] art studio (at home) poll

I am in the process of creating a studio at home and can hardly wait. I
am using what was my den. I am trying to get rid of my furniture and
then taking up the carpet (ugh!) to put down tile and creating storage.
It will take a while but I am excited to at least have it planned.

I really enjoy reading about your studios. I especially like the comment
about NOT having work/school lesson related stuff in your personal
studio. My favorite thing about my studio is I have big windows with
views of a protected urban park nearby, but the REAL FAVORITE part is
that it is a crazy mess and I can just be myself. My OCD husband is not
allowed in. The rest of the house I make sure is somewhat sane, but I
let it all go in the studio. I feel I can just be my crative, messy
self. I sometimes let the dogs come in and hang out with me too!
