Beth,

I think doing a small list serv is terrific! What might help is some sort of
project, service activity, controversy, issue, idea...nothing big...but some
reason to communicate on a regular basis. I bet once it gets going it will be
infectious, even if there are only a few posts a week. Art teachers sometimes
feel isolated sometimes and I think this might help.

You might want to talk about the recent controversy involving the art teacher
who was suspended in Texas...you could establish policies or good practices, if
you haven't done so already, about museum trips, etc. People could brainstorm
for ideas.

Good luck!

Diane
