Beth,
I started looking into it for an after school club, but still haven't worked
it out where I have the time and the knowledge yet.
  I have the webcam and SMA for the p.c to do the capture, but adding audio
and editing is where i need help.
   Brickfilms was helping me and hopefully they can help you.
