Hi Group,
I simply had to address this teaching to the test thread. Everyone plays
the blame game nowadays--"It's the Parent's fault, teacher's fault, kid's
fault, adminnistration's fault, pet dog's, corner grocer's fault, etc., etc. etc".
  I'll tell you what is wrong with our Ed. system and it none of the above's
fault at all--IT 'S THE POLITICIAN"S FAULT!! They haven't a clue! End of
story! So there.
