Liquid Tempera vs. Tempera Cakes?

Hello! Advice needed on liquid tempera vs. tempera cakes! Which is
preferable? (I am still without a sink and shelving in my new art classroom, but
extremely happy to have great light and no more art-on-the-cart -- the carts
are parked in my classroom as temporary shelving!)Thank you, Sandy J
