Hi--

I don't see why YOU should be the one to help other teachers cut paper and
grade assignments. Why can't a teacher's aide help there or--better yet--why
can't the classroom teacher do it himself or herself? That seems ridiculous.

Doesn't your contract guarantee you "X" number of prep minutes per week?

One thing I have learned over 28 years--sometimes you have to learn to say
"no" and you can't always be Superwoman. You sound like you are doing a great
job and I hope your efforts are appreciated.
