Re: Difficult kids/ Alternative schools etc.

Cathy, I have had "making time for my family and my own artmaking" in my
goals every year for the last three years. I am also the type that does
more than many others. I take on waaaay too much. I'm getting better,
but I guess I will always be somewhat of an overambitious type. It's
part of why I enjoy my job, I guess. I have noticed that it doesn't
seem to effect raises, either on years when I "kill myself" coming and
going. I always manage to get an above average raise, but not by any
means is it making me rich to work like a trojan. I enjoy what I do,
but the hours do get to be ridiculous at times, especially if I let it
get that way! We are in the business of building "whole children."
What about us????
