Needed info about certif programs

I think I got off to a funny start by asking my question while answering
another thread.

My son is looking for a cerfication program for elementary (or K-12 ) art.
He will have a BFA in May 04. He would like to take graduate credits but not
be required to complete a masters program in order to receive certification.
does anyone know of any programs like this.?

Can someone tell me approximately how many folk receive these emails.
