The product Kiss Off is great! I have students use that immediately
then instruct them to immediately put some Shout (or whatever they use
at home) on the area when they get home. Most stains have come out.

I keep a couple of roll-up tubes of Kiss Off stain remover and they help
  a lot.
It also works gently on kids who draw tattoos on themselves with
  sharpie, which
  is against school policy.
