I love the experimenting approach. I too love to think up new ways of
working and doing a project. Sometimes I just invent something because I like the
media. Other times I am inspired by art work I have seen or a subject that
seems interesting.

When I start a new project, I tell the kids that I am counting on them to
help me make this composition or lesson work. They tell me when it is going bad
or ways to improve. By letting them help you, they invest more time and feel
like a part of the process.
