I have a first grade class this year that talks, whines, fights and complains
all the time. So about three weeks ago I started a routine. IF they get too
loud or distuptive, I ring my little bell and everyone has to stop and put
their heads down for two minutes. It has worked so well, their class room teacher
is doing it too. Janet
