I agree with you, Leah. And the kids who are the hardest ones to get
attention from at announcement time, group cleanup time, or while
working/talking during class time are the ones with ADD or ADHD. I
find that changing my voice to something unexpected DOES get those kids
to listen too. I don't do it everyday, but I know when I need to do it,
and it always works. It's fun, too.
