slumping wine bottles

Hello to all. Have any of you tried making the slumped wine bottles? I am
ready to try it but am wondering if you have advice. If it works, Art Club will
sell these as cheese trays. They turn out flat. I've seen them at shows, but
never really found much info on "how to do it".
