Am not sure exactly what look you are looking for, but try flattening
the image then go to filter - artistic - cutout. There are other things
to try but see if that is the effect you are looking for.

Subject: photoshop help

I'm looking for a quick few steps to get a color photo (portrait) to
look like
a black and white silk screen print. I can get the high contrast black
and
white easily (but maybe not efficiently), and I was wondering if there
is a
filter that will give me the screen pattern/ texture.

Thanks, Susan
