need help with digital images

Help....I have no savvy in this wahtsoever...and I am struggling getting back
to work....long story but i really need help...i have to have images for my
school district's web site and they want the images between 150-200 dpi...what
do I need to do? Is there any good software for this? Mystudents have
taken many digital pictures...what must I do?
