about getting a Texas License. I think you will just have to take the
Excet exam. If you are going to be coming into Houston much, keep track
of how often you use the tollways. An easy pass cost a dollar a month +
tolls (25 cents off each time). I use one to get from Memorial where I
live to Richmond where I teach. It saves a lot of aggravation. Welcome
to Houston (beware of 59 people enter the construction zone, become lost
and are never seen again ;-P and I-10 is a really just a parking lot)
Sincerely,
Kimberly Herbert

Subject: Teaching in Texas and Art Web Quest Lessons
Hi
I am connected again.
We are moving to Cypress,Texas which is near Houston.
Can any one give me information on teaching art in that area.
I have an ART K-12 teaching license in Iowa, Tennessee, and Illinois.
I have discovered this site that might be of interest. I am just
begining
to explore.
This site is designed to serve as a resource to those who are using the
WebQuest model to teach with the web. By pointing to excellent examples
and collecting materials developed to communicate the idea, all of us
experimenting with WebQuests will be able to learn from each other.
