It might be better to buy scratchboard, but if this is not possible, I've
made my own using cardstock. Heavier and smooth. Make sure the crayon is
laid on VERY heavy. Then paint. I also used tempera paint with soap,
although I've read where some teachers use India ink. Good Luck, Janet
