RE: movie: Pollack
Was a sad commentary on the children of WWII that drove to the arts as a
means of working out their inner wrestlings, the drugs, the pressures to
produce "new" works, finding yourself, etc.
Interestingly enough, it was with Pollack's death that the market began
appraising highly the value of one's art works "after" death, and its gone
crazy ever since. -Larry
