Dennis, That's what I would have thought but it wasn't true. My high school
students were more comfortable with Sept. 11th events than the teachers, in
my opinion. Besides they were given the option of doing something patriotic
instead. One of my students has been to the Iwo Jima memorial so he drew
that. I was finding this lazy non-thinking attitude with the students on the
two day projects previously given . I was surprised at how comfortable the
students ask for pictures of airplanes, etc. Eileen
