Art Education Standards for Printmaking

Can anyone tell me the proper grade to introduce woodcuts. I had been asked
this question before and thought that it was 4th grade. This was one
district's art standards. I saw another district's standards and it said 7th
grade. I am new to teaching art and have done printmaking with different
grades but no woodcuts yet. Any advise?
