I have given that workshop before, you can use any color pencils. Try
those gel-pens. They have incredibly vibrant colors and they look
fantastic! Of course that is only if you want to radically alter the
image, use any good color pencil (Prisma Color Scholar, or better) if
you want it to look more painterly.
