Advice on sink

I work in a room with no water and the administration is buying a portable
sink for me - does anyone else use this sort of thing and do you have
hints for loading and emptying the tanks - I am on second floor a long way
from any drain. HELP! Do I really want this thing or should I stick to
my gallon jug system?
