new integrated curriculum

I would be concerned.

Has this Principal's integrated curriculum idea been put into writing and
been approved by the school board members?
Is the s/principal going to railroad this? Then bring the new cirriculum
written by the teachers to the school board the ask for approval - this is
what the teachers wrote and want!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Does the school board members know what is happening and the teachers

Do the parents know and understand these integrated curriculum changes,
and how do they feel about these changes?
Parents should call board members quickly and ask for clarification and
voice their concern.

Does your state art standards say how much time a student is to have ART

I suggest that you get informed, get backing by parents, write up
questions, and make a plan.

By federal law a school or school district can not change a
special eds student's IEP ( individual education plan)
without the approval and signature of the spec.ed parents before changes
are made and started.
The spec.ed parents could sue the s/principal or the spec ed teacher. Call
the state office of Special Education.
