Re: Free time activities

I have two shelves of extra activites the kids can choose from and a shelf of
art books.
My shelves include: learn to draw books, origami paper and patterns,
cartooning worksheets, tangrams puzzles and cards, architecture stamps and a
architecture magnet set. Also, a home made game for matching artworks,
several activity books on paper designs bought from book fairs. Each student
from 1-5 has their own folder with white paper for free drawing. I used to
put modeling clay out, but it caused too much disruption. Also, someone had
a list of drawing ideas that kids could do when they were finished. I think
it was called Drawing Drawer. I downloaded it and am in the process of
writing the ideas on note cards for the kids to choose.
