I tell mine the same thing(and I teach HIGH SCHOOL!!), and they still have to
do 'art articles' and a writing assignment - also if they abuse the clay
tools, or heaven forbid, throw clay!!!!
I'm an 'art nazi'!!! and that's just that!! Art is fun, but I take it very
seriously, it is after all, a huge chunk of my life, so we'll do cool things,
but only if they're cool, "No art for YOU!!! :-) Deb W
