I don't believe my disruptive kids can READ! I write a DO NOW activity for
them EVERY DAY in the same place, what has it been, 8 weeks now? (JUst so I
can take attendance in peace. Hasn't happened yet in the afternoon) Some
have yet to make the connection that its written there for THEM to read, not
me! I have to go around to each kid and MAKE them look at the board and take
out their sketchbook. Some days I just take it off their grade. Its their
choice to work or not. Do I have to care more than they do EVERY minute?!
I have about 12 or 13 GREAT kids out of 30 who do whatever they are supposed
to!
