I second the detention idea. Our school has after school detention. but I
have my own to start with. That way I know that they sat quietly during their
break instead of socializing with their friends. Works like a charm. I have
yet to send one to an administrator except for something really big. It has
taken three years, but I really don't have much trouble with my classes here.
The word has gotten around. "It's not the same in that class. It's not inside
recess." Hang in there.
