Very true about superintendents. Our S....says he wants to hear what we have
to say...but when teachers actually call the superintendent or assistant
superintendent...the program coordinator gets called to the mat because such
important people were bothered and the teacher did not follow the chain of
command.

It is a disgusting system where principals and coordinators are middle
management, teachers have become like the mail room.....very very sad!!!
