I would be very interested in this thread. I too am the only art teacher in a
high school of about 1300. I teach multi level advanced courses and have two
other teachers teaching Art I. With our board being as stingy with teachers
as they are I am just hoping that I can hold on to those two teachers.
Otherwise I don't know what I will do.
