Inform me, please. I attempted to find out more about Frank Gillette
after the post about the computer lab class assignment. I found a list
of his work, many very interestingly titled videos, but, alas, no
visuals. Where can I actually see his work? Tell us more about how you
present him and why. I feel it is imperative to art education to retain
all the wonderful learning that is done with traditional techniques, but
essential that we move with the times. I want to incorporate inovative
and cutting-edge visual artists into my lessons and I want my students
to be able to learn the techniques that can evolve into personal
creativity with technology. I am, however, no spring chicken and I need
the knowledge and enthusiasm that young with-it arts-minded folks can
give me. Please, those of you who are well versed in art created with
technology, keep us informed.
