Redundancy:

Since I changed from digest to direct post every one of my posts to
the list have come back to in 3 or 4 posts. Is it being sent to you
all repeatedly or is it just on my email? If you are getting multiple
posts from me let me know and someone please tell me what I am doing
wrong.
