Hi,

Someone mentioned what principles/elements were used when designing a
quilt? I was just wondering being new at this, because it's something
I'll probably try in the near future, how do you and your students
actually make the quilt? I was never that great at sewing to begin
with. Do you give a demo on how to use a needle and thread, design the
pattern on paper, transfer it to whatever you would be using, and sew by
hand, like a quilting bee type of thing?
